Bassani Exhaust

The name Bassani has been recognized as a leader in specialized exhaust components for more than 30 years. Their performance history dates back to 1969, when they began designing exhaust systems for motorcycles. Although they still design and manufacture motorcycle exhaust systems, they have expanded their focus to include the automotive performance market. Car and truck enthusiasts today have a renewed interest in performance and Bassani precision-designed exhaust components are the easiest way to significantly improve power, performance, sound, and fuel efficiency.

  • The hugely successful C4 Corvettes were produced between 1984 and 1996.
  • Engines used were the L98, LT1, and LT4.
  • Aft-Cats Systems are available for 84-90 (part no. 324097) Corvettes and also 92-95 Corvettes (part no. 324108).
  • Bassani Xhaust Aft-Cat systems feature all stainless steel construction throughout including 3" polished tips. BX Performance Aft-Cat systems feature stainless steel mufflers with polished 3" stainless steel tips and 16 gauge aluminized steel tubing. Both systems deliver performance gains of 10-15 RWHP.
