Replace the power-robbing, restrictive stock system on any 84-91 Corvette with our high performance dual exhaust aluminized steel system. Works great when matched with high performance computer chip. Add a set of Corvette Central's own 84-91 high performance mufflers for the ultimate free flow exhaust. Direct bolt-on system includes all pipes, hardware, and instructions. Bolts up to original hangers. Off road or race use only - not for highway use.

Smooth Flow Exhaust System

This kit has everything you need to put you out front. Flanges are 3/8” thick CNC cut for a precision fit. The long tube Smooth Flow design allows excellent scavenging properties. Headers are Jet-Hot coated inside and out typically reducing exterior temps by 60% extending engine component life and increasing horsepower. Headers are constructed using 1.750" primary tubes and 3" collectors. Kit includes ceramic coated headers, adapter tubes to cats, 3" stainless steel hi flow cats and x-pipe, stainless tubes and elbows back to mufflers (transition down to 2 1/2" to connect to factory size mufflers), and all hardware needed for installation.
