SLP Exhaust
Give your C5 Corvette a bark to match its bite with SLP's "Loud Mouth" exhaust system. Constructed from mandrel-bent 304-stainless steel, this bolt-on system offers up to a 15-hp gain and a 20-lb. weight savings over stock. It features 2.5" over-axle pipes and 2.25" electro-polished tailpipes terminating in 4.25" rolled tips. Use with X-Pipe/Resonator Assembly (part# 325124) for a mellower, less aggressive tone with minimal flow restriction. Detailed instructions, a limited lifetime warranty, and all hardware necessary for installation are included.
SLP Performance Parts, the aftermarket's premier manufacturer of performance exhaust components, is pleased to offer the all-new C5 Power-Flo cat-black system for 1997-2004 Corvettes. The Centerpiece of the C5 Power-Flow is its industry-exclusive cast aluminum tip, which was styled by a member of GM's C5 design team and features a unique shape that conforms to the vehicle's rear-fascia opening.
Performance and Sound: The C5 Power-Flo is equipped with a pair of application-specific mufflers that were specially designed to provide a rich, muscular exhaust tone while minimizing interior resonance. Improvements of up to 10 horsepower are possible, thanks to a drastic reduction in backpressure over the restrictive factory system.
