Kooks Long Tube Headers
With their first custom bends in 1962, Kooks gained the reputation of building the highest quality and best performing headers and exhaust systems available. Fast-forward 40-plus years and you’ll find that same level of excellence in their designs for the C6 Corvette.
304 Stainless steel headers feature 3/8” laser-cut flanges sprouting mandrel-bent primaries to move spent gases out through 3” merged collectors plumbed with emission fittings. We recommend 1 3/4 " for stock or engines modified with an air intake system, 1 7/8" if running aftermarket cylinder heads and camshaft. Note: installing long tube headers requires replacement of factory mid-section exhaust. An ideal upgrade is Kooks’ 304 stainless high-flow catalytic converters with X-crossover and mid-section pipes.

Kooks Z06 Long Tube Headers and Mid-Section Pipes
Specific fit for the Z06/LS7. Same 1st-qaulity stainless construction as described above. Headers feature 3/8" D-port flanges, 1 7/8" primary tubes, and 3" Venturi collectors with A.I.R. and O2 fittings. Note: installing long tube headers requires replacement of factory mid-section exhaust. For street use, choose Kooks' 304 stainless high-flow converters with X-crossover and mid-pipes. Also available with a 3-piece X-/mid-pipes set-up for off road use only.
